In many areas of life, including business, we will no doubt face a crisis.  And how we handle that crisis depends upon our knowledge, training, and experience. That’s why we’ve invited John Riley, Founder and President of Gentle Response, to the show.  John is a Desert Storm Veteran and retired patrol officer who is also a Certified Crisis Intervention Specialist through the National Anger Management Association.
